Siemens Building Technologies appoints Dr Andrew Robinson as Managing Director for UK and Ireland

Andrew has held a number of key positions gaining valuable technical, commercial and programme management experience

Siemens has announced the appointment of Dr Andrew Robinson as Managing Director of Siemens Building Technologies for UK and Ireland. Andrew assumed the role on 31st March 2014 and brings with him a wealth of experience within the technology and construction industries.

Having worked within Siemens since 1998, Andrew has held a number of key positions gaining valuable technical, commercial and programme management experience in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Canada and the USA.

Recent high profile projects in the UK include: the Congestion Charging Programme, Thameslink, Heathrow T1/T2/T4, Gatwick North/South Terminals, Royal Mail World Distribution Centre and the TNT Post UK End-to-End programme. Andrew’s previous role of managing the Siemens Logistic and Airport Solutions business involved the safe provision of challenging and demanding landmark projects.
