Allied Universal, a leading provider of security and facility services, has announced the appointment of Cameron Kilberg as vice president of government relations. Kilberg, who will report directly to the Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer, is set to spearhead the company's interactions with officials and policymakers at local, state, and federal levels.
Extensive Background in Government Affairs
With a robust background in government affairs, Kilberg has gathered experience across various industries including technology, on-demand commerce, and personal transportation. Her accomplishments include establishing the state legislative team at Bird Global, an electric scooter enterprise, where she played a pivotal role in shaping micro-mobility regulations across more than 15 states, besides spearheading initiatives to launch operations in key U.S. cities.
Further, Kilberg has held significant government relations positions at companies like Swimply and Gopuff. She was instrumental in devising a state affairs programme and leading policy development concerning e-commerce, labour, employment, alcohol, tobacco, zoning, and privacy matters.

Steve Jones, Allied Universal's global chairman and CEO, expressed his enthusiasm regarding Kilberg’s appointment, stating, "We are excited to welcome Cameron to the Allied Universal team where she will serve as our primary liaison with government officials and policymakers." In addition to her extensive experience, Kilberg holds a juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Virginia.
