ZeroEyes, renowned for its innovative threat intelligence and weapons detection platform, has announced a substantial investment in artificial intelligence and machine learning research and development.
The company plans a $10 million injection alongside a commitment to recruit over 100 veterans in Southeastern Pennsylvania within the next two years. The roles set to be filled include Technical Program Managers specializing in AI, MLOps Engineers, and AI Solutions Specialists. This announcement was made at Senator Dave McCormick's 2026 Pennsylvania Defense and Innovation Summit, hosted at the Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The investment will enable the enhancement of ZeroEyes' offerings, such as its advanced 3,000 sq. ft. AI technology lab. This facility supports extensive data generation, live demonstrations, and testing of AI models and hardware in varied environments.

Additionally, the ZeroEyes Operations Center (ZOC) in Conshohocken, unique in the industry for being staffed mainly by veterans from military and law enforcement backgrounds, will also benefit from these developments. The company's capabilities in small drone technology, featuring 3D mapping and specific threat detection tools like the ZeroEyes Aerial Detection Kit, alongside drones and robots designed for active shooter deterrence, will be furthered as well.

New features, such as knife detection and real-time geolocation of threats, exemplify the company's progress towards integrating acute threat detection with everyday safety operations.
