Integrity360’s international growth strategy continues with the acquisition of Redshift, a well-established cybersecurity services company based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
While the financial terms of the transaction remain confidential, this acquisition follows previous investments in the region, including the acquisition of the Grove Group and Nclose in 2024 and early 2025.
By adding Redshift to its operations, Integrity360 now boasts a team of over 230 employees dedicated to serving customers throughout Africa.
Key locations for cybersecurity operations
Integrity360’s offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town play a pivotal role in its integrated "global SOC" (Security Operations Centre).
These centres deliver a full range of managed services, such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions. These services cater to both local and global customers.

Redshift, established in 2015, has earned a reputation for its excellence in service, particularly in cybersecurity testing. The company also offers services in cybercrime investigations, anti-fraud consultancy, scammer group takedowns, and cyber intelligence.
The acquisition includes approximately 50 customers, notable among them top South African finance, banking, and telecommunications firms, as well as around 40 additional employees.
Regional centre of excellence
Post-acquisition, Redshift will become a regional centre of excellence for cybersecurity testing within Integrity360. It will integrate with existing advisory and managed services teams in the region as Integrity360 invests in business development and growth using its extensive group resources.
Redshift’s clientele will gain access to an expansive portfolio of cyber services offered by Integrity360, which includes cyber risk and assurance, comprehensive 24/7 incident response and forensic services, and a suite of infrastructure, technology, and PCI compliance services.
Moreover, the services cover OT (operational technology) consulting and solutions, management of cyber infrastructure, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and a full array of XDR and MDR solutions.
