Strengthening customer relationships In his new role as Regional Sales Manager, David Smyth will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales channels, developing and integrating new OEM partners, providing support to systems integrators as well as strengthening relationships with existing customers. David was appointed as a Technical Engineer in October 2016, responsible for managing technical enquiries and resolving issues for customers, whether over the phone or by a site visit.
