Elton Borgonovo began his career at Motorola Brasil as an intern, where he gained valuable experience in project management, a role he eventually assumed. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and an MBA in Project Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
