Agent Vi’s innoVi, SureView’s Immix integration empowers central monitoring stations with latest video intelligence Agent Video Intelligence, a provider of open architecture video analytics solutions, and SureView Systems, the provider of video-centric security monitoring software, have announced the integration of innoVi™, Agent Vi’s cloud-based video analytics Software as a Service (SaaS), into Immix®, SureView’s software platform for central monitoring stations and enterprises. innoVi for Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) delivers accurate and automatic detections of security breaches at remote sites with immediate video verification. By implementing state of the art computerised vision technology including deep learning, innoVi provides superior detection performance without requiring the lengthy fine tuning usually associated with video analytics setup. Leveraging Agent Vi’s patented distributed image processing architecture and cloud computing saves the need for dedicated analytics servers at customers’ sites while also eliminating the need to stream video to the cloud. Based on these unique architectural advantages, innoVi presents an optimal solution for low bandwidth environments and allows an unlimited number of cameras, located in geographically scattered locations, to be easily connected to the service. Reducing cost and increasing effectiveness Immix CS & CC are used by central stations and command centres to deliver next generation monitoring services, reducing operational costs and delivering new end user services effectively. Immix accomplishes these goals by consolidating video, access control, audio and alarms creating a single point of management and operation. Immix is a web-based service delivering new options for deployment, powerful support for mobile applications and entirely browser-based user workstations. Immix offers an open architecture platform with the largest integration library in the business built upon proven, certified scalable technology. innoVi seamlessly integrates into SureView’s Immix CS & CC. Security breaches detected by innoVi are presented on the Immix platform with event details and video clip, allowing the surveillance operator to quickly review the breach and respond according to the associated security protocol. innoVi’s superior analytics performance together with Immix’s centralised alarm management capabilities enable the CMS to expand the number of customers monitored and to increase the level of security and incident response offered, without increasing the number of security staff. Advanced video analytics technology “The integration of innoVi into Immix allows Immix users to benefit from the most advanced video analytics technology available on the market,” said Mr. Zohar Adler, Product Manager at Agent Video Intelligence. “innoVi, being a cloud based SaaS, presents a simple and affordable video analytics solution for central monitoring stations seeking to effectively manage a large number of cameras while avoiding the capital costs associated with server installations or analytics software licences,” he added. “SureView is pleased to add Agent Vi to its list of integrated partners. With analytics rapidly becoming the heartbeat of video threat detection and monitoring, SureView applauds Agent Vi’s drive to create sophisticated learning analytics at an affordable price while increasing the accuracy of the detection. With video analytics fast becoming the point at which the alarm is generated, it is imperative that the detection be accurate and rapid in delivery of the alarm to the centre where action can be taken. With innoVi's ease of deployment and set up, Agent Vi has built a solution that is easy to install, program and monitor – all which are key to enabling the industry to take advantage of this technology. I am pleased that Agent Vi chose SureView to integrate this new and innovative solution. I am confident our clients will enjoy seeing this solution in action at ESX in Fort Worth,” commented Chris Brown, Director Central Stations, SureView Systems. Agent Vi and SureView will present the integration in booth #508 at ESX on 8-10 June in Fort Worth, Texas, USA
The certification requires that the partner meets or exceeds all published minimum standards for Immix SureView Systems, a global leader in video and security event management software, announced recently the creation of the SureView Central Station Certified Center designation for best-in-class partners. Criteria for certification: The Certified Center designation allows qualifying SureView partners to identify themselves as having met all of the requirements to become a Certified Center, including the certification of all staff in SureView’s new Central Station Training Program. Additionally, the certification requires that the partner meets or exceeds all published minimum standards for the Immix cloud software, meets or exceeds the minimum backup and disaster recovery requirements, and meets infrastructure requirements, including generator backup and secure access to the monitoring center floor, to name a few “This unique certification is given to partners that have demonstrated that they are a truly integrated security solutions provider and have standardised our Immix platform as their video and security event management foundation,” said Chris Brown, Director of Central Stations, SureView Systems. “The Certified Center designation is a way for best-in-class partners to differentiate themselves from other security companies and show their dedication to a high-level of training for their employees, and meeting all levels of performance and execution. These partners also demonstrate a dedication to securing and serving their customers with a wide array of service offerings available today through our Central Station platform.” "This unique certification is given to partners that have demonstrated that they are a truly integrated security solutions provider and have standardised our Immix platfor.." Benefits for partners: As a certified center, partners receive access to the SureVIew training program, designation as a certified partner on the company Web page, beta access to new integrations and software enhancements, as well as national sales support. The SureView programme covers all of the functionality of the system from beginning to end for each person SureView Systems, a global provider of video and security event management software, announced recently the new Immix® Central Station Training Programme. This programme is designed to help teach valued SureView partners and their employee's best practices on using the robust functionality of the Immix platform. Web-based interactive certificate training programme: As the first fully Web-based interactive certificate training program of its kind for video and security event management software, the SureView programme covers all of the functionality of the system from beginning to end for each person that has a role utilising the platform. This especially helps system operators understand the power and diversity of the platform so that trainees learn the system in its entirety and are able to provide an even higher level of security and incident response. This also empowers them to be able to identify additional functionality that can benefit their clients in the future as their needs grow and change. Training programme contents: The training programme contains a total of 40 courses, each 15 to 20 minutes in length. The course catalogue is designed based on each user’s role on the system – for example, event management agents will only be given the courses that are relevant to their role, while a system administrator must complete all of the courses to complete the system certification. Upon successful completion of the courses, and following a knowledge test on the subject matter, each trainee is awarded with certification. “As a commitment to our partners, we have invested in a comprehensive online training and education programme to help support their ability to service their customers and grow their business,” said Chris Brown, Director of Central Stations, SureView Systems. “With this new certification programme, our partners and their employees walk away knowing the system in its entirety, which means they might find a functionality that they didn’t know existed before and that can lead to new services and additional RMR for the client. The certification programme creates confidence that new and existing services will be managed to the very highest standards of operational excellence delivering consistency and professionalism, which in turn creates end user customer satisfaction and business development.” "With this new certification programme, our partners and their employees walk away knowing the system in its entirety, which means they might find a functionality that they didn’t know existed before." The training programme also begins with a “101” training, which outlines the basics for those employees who may be new to the video and security event management security industry. For example, the tutorial includes an introduction to terms and definitions only used in this specialized vertical to rapidly educate a trainee on how to use the system, as well as why the system is utilised. This ensures that once the Immix CS software is introduced, they’re familiar with how it is used and why it is valuable to the client they service. “Our customers are delivering an ever growing and increasingly sophisticated suite of end user services from simple video verification through full remote guard replacement operations,” Brown said. “We owe it to our partners to give them a tool that not only educates them and their staff, but also gives them the ability to measure the training they’re conducting to ensure its effectiveness.” About Immix Central Station: Immix Central Station is an advanced software platform developed specifically for commercial central stations offering a them a tool that allows them to effectively deliver a full suite of services from video verification to complex interactive video monitoring, as well as other event management services.
