Wavestore’s Video Management Software (VMS) has been successfully integrated with SureView Systems’ Immix® Command Center software platform. The Immix® Command Center is a web based networked solution designed for enterprise businesses and central stations to protect critical assets. “In simple terms, we have achieved a high level of integration between the Wavestore and Immix® platform software platforms to enable operators to effortlessly be in control of the management of alarms and associated video,” said Craig Evans, Managing Director of SureView Systems. “This is a great example of two award winning British manufacturers, combining their technical expertise to deliver a seamless integration solution for the benefit of our mutual customers.” Live video streams As a result of the integration, alarms reported via the Immix® Command Center are automatically linked to the live video stream of any associated cameras connected to the Wavestore VMS, allowing operators to verify that an incident is taking place and respond accordingly. Both pre and post alarm images from multiple cameras can be displayed alongside each other on a single screen in order that operators can make quick and effective decisions. There is also the option to set up email alerts so that when an alarm is received, a snapshot or video clip of the incident can be sent, for example, to a key holder or security manager. Wavestore version 5.50 The Immix® Command Center is fully compatible with the very latest version of Wavestore’s VMS. Introduced in June 2015, Wavestore version 5.50 (five-fifty) incorporates a long list of new and improved features designed to extend the lifespan of video surveillance systems and unlock the full potential of integrated security solutions. Sitting at the heart of a security solution, Wavestore’s VMS is able to offer much more than just industry leading video and recording management. As well as bringing together audio, data and video, including images from the very latest ultra-high definition and 360° fish eye cameras, Wavestore also provides a platform that makes integration between disparate third-party technologies, such as the Immix® Command Center, simple. “One of the attractions of working closely with Wavestore is that it is able to offer an ‘Any video, any format’ solution,” said Craig Evans. “This provides us with a major advantage in being able to offer alarm handling and video monitoring control rooms the ability to display images from any combination of camera types, including high megapixel, UHD 4K, HD, 360° fisheye, HD-SDI, HD-CVI, thermal and analogue.”
Agent Vi to inegrate its savVi with SureView’s Immix for central monitoring stations and enterprises Agent Video Intelligence (Agent Vi), the leading global provider of open architecture video analytics software, and SureView Systems, the leading global provider of video-centric security monitoring software, announce the integration of savVi™, Agent Vi’s video analytics platform, with Immix®, SureView’s software platform for central monitoring stations and enterprises. savVi, Agent Vi’s unified video analytics software solution, includes a wide variety of real-time event detection capabilities that enable automated detection of events that violate security policy in a monitored area. The automated monitoring and detection of such events, available on any number of cameras, enables a substantial increase in the number of cameras that can be managed by a single surveillance operator, while improving operator efficiency, response time and overall security. The SureView Immix platform is a web-based, networked software platform solution designed for enterprise businesses and central stations to protect critical assets. Its flexible architecture and large integration library support a rapid deployment model and strong return on investment. The integration enables the presentation of events detected by savVi on the Immix platform, allowing the surveillance operator to quickly review the event details and event image, and respond according to the associated security protocol. “The integration of savVi and Immix, two leading products in their respective fields, provides a technologically superior solution for central monitoring stations that allows them to focus on increasing their customer base while improving efficiency, quality of service and overall security” states Itsik Kattan, CEO of Agent Vi. “savVi includes many unique features and capabilities specifically tailored for large and distributed deployments and may be licensed in a recurring monthly fee model, making it the ideal video analytics solution for the central monitoring stations market.” “We have worked very closely with Agent Vi to jointly develop this integration and are delighted to announce its release in time for the IFSEC 2015 exhibition. We look forward to helping the Immix community make use of Agent Vi’s solutions and thus gain the advantage that such extensive analytics will bring to reducing false alarms and improving productivity,” stated Craig Evans, Managing Director of SureView Systems. Agent Vi will be exhibiting its video analytics solutions at IFSEC International 2015, on 16 to 18 June, at ExCeL London. Visit Agent Vi within the booths of Milestone Systems (booth #E750) and Samsung Techwin (booth #G800).
SureView Systems announces they have successfully integrated the mobiDEOS UCNE range of cloud and network-enabled surveillance systems into Immix, the company’s video based automation software. Immix® delivers a single platform to manage video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion and fire alarms, access control, and VoIP audio. The mobiDEOS UCNE system enables legacy CCTV systems to be quickly and simply connected through the device and onto Immix for remote monitoring across many locations to a central monitoring interface. Central stations now have the ability to offer a consistent service to their dealers or end-customers regardless of the equipment onsite. Immix® meets this challenge by integrating more than 450 different types of DVR, VMS and IP cameras into the single platform. By developing a partnership with SureView Immix®, mobiDEOS can deliver almost any legacy video system through their UCNE to an Immix central station for remote monitoring. This cutting-edge integration takes full advantage of the transitional feature set in the UCNE solution and has the technical backing and support of both organisations. “With Immix and mobiDEOS UCNE integration, central station customers can obtain the benefits of cloud and IP without having to forklift their current installations, which also can extend the life of their equipment,” said Sri L. Palasamudram, CEO of mobiDEOS. “New customer acquisition becomes easier for the central station’s dealers and integrators as UCNE is compatible with analogue cameras at fraction of the cost of alternative route, thus increasing the addressable market. UCNE also frees customers from the proprietary traps of closed systems, carving a pathway to an open system architecture that will accelerate a clean and affordable transition to IP systems.” “mobiDEOS UCNE offers central stations a new way to easily connect Immix to legacy analogue equipment. By using the mobiDEOS UCNE solution and Immix, the central station can now offer customers a cost effective and easy way to provide sites with analogue camera equipment and the latest range of next-generation video monitoring services,” said Craig Evans, Managing Director of SureView Systems Ltd.
