Zimperium, a prominent player in the mobile security sector, has welcomed Alistaire Davidson as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Alistaire, who will report directly to CEO Shridhar Mittal, brings over two decades of experience in finance leadership from both private equity-backed and public software companies. His expertise is poised to support Zimperium's strategic financial initiatives and expand its market presence globally.
Experience in finance leadership
Before joining Zimperium, Alistaire served as the Regional CFO for the Americas at The Access Group, where he successfully managed the integration of two key business units following acquisitions.
His career also includes significant roles at AVEVA, where he guided the company's transition to Software as a Service (SaaS) across the Americas, contributing to a major transformation in global services and enhancements in margin performance.
Guiding Zimperium's future growth
Before joining Zimperium, Alistaire served as the Regional CFO for the Americas at The Access Group
