McCormack brings over 13 years of strategic leadership experience in designing and evolving comprehensive learning, training, and quality programs across global organisations.
His proficiency spans the entire educational lifecycle, including the design of extensive training schemes, the implementation of global learning management systems, the promotion of leadership development, and embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within organisational frameworks.

Before joining ZBeta, McCormack was the Global Learning and Development Lead for SMB at Accenture, guiding teams across six global sites and standardising collaborative and performance-enhancing practices.
He previously held senior roles at Indeed.com, where he devised the financial operations training strategy. McCormack also founded RKW Training, a consultancy specialising in onboarding, management development, and learning strategy design.
