Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Cesar Silvestre as Head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions, marking a significant step in expanding its cyber offerings.
Reporting to Laila Khudairi, Head of Cyber & Enterprise Risk, Silvestre assumes his role immediately, tasked with spearheading TMK's launch of new cyber reinsurance solutions.
Silvestre's experience in insurance
Silvestre brings more than 12 years of experience in the insurance sector to TMK.
Prior to this appointment, he served as a Specialty Treaty Underwriter at Beazley, part of the product solutions team, where he developed embedded insurance solutions for cyber, E&O, and D&O lines, with an emphasis on markets in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. His earlier career includes senior underwriting roles at Hiscox.
