Interface Systems has introduced Digital Keys, a mobile credential solution designed to enhance security for Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) access control systems.
This latest innovation allows businesses to transition from traditional cards, fobs, and physical keys to secure mobile credentials stored within Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Streamlining access management
Digital Keys is specifically created for the needs of retailers, quick-service restaurants, and other dispersed enterprises. It offers streamlined access management by enabling administrators to issue, update, schedule, and revoke credentials for employees, contractors, and vendors remotely via the DMP Virtual Keypad application.
Credentials can be sent instantly via text or email, allowing them to be added directly to a user's mobile wallet without requiring any additional app download. This is particularly beneficial for businesses with high employee turnover, multiple locations, or temporary contractors, as it eases the management of physical credentials and enhances location access control.
