Bosch IVA at ISC West
Nobody was able to win Bosch IVA Challenge at ISC West 2009
The final score for the latest Bosch IVA Challenge was Bosch IVA: 1,870 ... Challengers: 0.

That's right -1,870 people tried to get past Bosch IVA on the football field of dreams at ISC West. And not one was successful! So far, over 6,500 people have tried to get past the Bosch IVA in a variety of challenges ...

Speaking of standing up to challenges, the EX49 Camera was hit so hard with a mallet that the table underneath it collapsed - but the camera was fine. How would that camera stand up in your toughest environment? They added cold and hot demos for our Extreme products to show attendees just how much their products can handle - and also presented the top technologies for producing exceptional video in difficult conditions, including total darkness.

True to the theme ("Think IP. Maximise Analogue. They deliver both and empower people to convert easily."), the Bosch team showed attendees how to go IP while making the most of their existing analog equipment. In fact, they converted an intrusion panel manufactured in 1987 to IP using a single device: the C900V2 Dialer Capture to IP Communication Module. They also explained how easy it is to add intelligence to an existing system by adding an encoder with built-in IVA - such as the Bosch VideoJet X10 - to a DVR.

Visitors described Bosch's booth as a science museum - educational, interactive, and informative! And their dark room (which was the first of its kind) drew quite a crowd.
