Galaxy Control Systems, a leading provider of integrated access control, video and security solutions, has launched a new web-based application that allows technicians from a Galaxy Business Partner dealer to submit support requests online. Using the new web-based application, technicians have the ability to determine when a return call should be made, giving them greater control of the support process.
“Galaxy understands the loss in productivity that results from field technicians waiting on hold for support,” said Robert Laughlin, President, Galaxy Control Systems. This new web-based tool can virtually eliminate this process and save valuable time in the field.”
The new web-based support request application was borne of Galaxy’s goal of constantly working to streamline and automate both internal and external processes related to interaction with its dealer partners.
Galaxy Control Systems will launch its new web-based application at ISC West 2015.
