VIVOTEK celebrates its 10th anniversary in the IP surveillance market

VIVOTEK has sales of over one million IP surveillance cameras till date

VIVOTEK Inc. recently celebrated its 10^th anniversary in February 2010. Based on the strong presence achieved over the past decade, VIVOTEK is now proudly distributed by more than 160 distribution partners covering 80 nations, with sales of over one million IP surveillance cameras having been shipped worldwide.

Owen Chen, Chairman of VIVOTEK Inc., proclaimed that the year 2010 is a significant milestone in VIVOTEK's history due to this momentous achievement. In 2005, VIVOTEK launched its first self-developed multimedia SoC (VVTK-1000) for use in its 7000-series surveillance products. After years of research and development, the company is now in a prime position to offer the most comprehensive product line-up in the industry, including network cameras, video servers, video receivers, NVR, and central management software. VIVOTEK's own branded business has been growing rapidly, and the outstanding sales performance can be attributed to the efforts of its valuable partners.
