This enhancement continuously oversees an organisation's weapons detection system, implementing self-healing technology to tackle common operational and connectivity challenges in real time.
This advancement minimises the need for organisations to manually generate support tickets or troubleshoot critical security infrastructure. When issues cannot be automatically resolved, the system swiftly generates a ticket, directing it to the Athena team for prompt attention.

In scenarios where there is a network, database, or cloud connectivity failure, Athena’s systems are configured to function locally without interruption. If access to a central system is lost, the Athena platform automatically shifts to an operational offline mode, with crucial data stored on edge devices like iPads until connectivity resumes. This mechanism prevents distractions or disruptions for officers and staff during active security screenings.
