AMG Systems has launched the AMG840 Series Network Server Appliance, a versatile 1U rack-mount solution crafted for sophisticated network monitoring, critical infrastructure, and security-focused applications. The appliance is designed and produced in the UK, with engineering input from both the UK and USA.
Specifically tailored to integrate with AMG Net-Hawk, AMG's network monitoring and management platform, the AMG840 Series is also adaptable for entry-level configurations, allowing system integrators and end users to customize operating systems, storage, and applications to suit their needs.

The AMG840 Series is equipped with Intel® 12th and 13th generation Core™ processors, supporting options like the i3, i5, i7, i9, and Celeron, accompanied by a capacity of up to 64GB DDR4 memory. As explained by Tom Exley, AMG's Technical Director, "The appliance offers high-speed connectivity through six 2.5Gb RJ45 ports and four 10Gb SFP+ ports, making it suitable for high-bandwidth environments such as transport networks, utilities, public safety systems, enterprise security, and industrial infrastructure."
