Axxon Next VMS now updated to version 3.6.2

AxxonSoft is delighted to announce the release of version 3.6.2 of the company's Axxon Next video management software. Highlights in the new version include support for the new Axxon iOS client and new options added to GreenStream. This allows boosting security system performance.

Key new updates in Axxon Next 3.6.2:

  • Improvements in GreenStream dynamic selection of bandwidth-efficient streams. GreenStream is now compatible with cameras that have configurable profiles for streams, as well as ONVIF and RTSP drivers.
  • Access permissions: it is now possible to set user access rights for video archives and mass-configure access rights for hardware.
  • Improved tools for scene analytics: object colour is now supported as a criterion and support has been added for controlling for camera shake.
  • New version 3.0 of iOS client. The updated version of the mobile app has been redesigned to incorporate new features for more efficient and convenient remote management.

Axxon Next is installed by default in trial mode and can be activated with a free or commercial license. The free version supports 1 server, 16 cameras, 1TB storage, and an unlimited number of clients.

AxxonSoft has also recently introduced version 5.1 of its Auto Intellect LPR and Traffic Monitoring module and version 4.9.4 of its Axxon Intellect PSIM software platform.
