The 535 Series integrates the SmartTouch™ 725 Controller and SmartBLDC Power Module. Originally tested in the HySecurity SlideDriver® II, these technologies offer precise torque control, smooth starts and stops, and superior power efficiency.
Enhanced by a 24-volt brushless DC motor with direct-drive operation, these units eliminate belts and pulleys for quieter performance and minimal maintenance. An integrated battery-backup system guarantees up to 100 gate cycles during power outages, while a 200-watt MPPT charger optimises efficiency for solar installations even under low-light conditions.
Enhanced connectivity and flexibility
The introduction of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless connectivity allows seamless integration with the HySecurity Installer App. Technicians can configure over 70 settings, conduct diagnostics, and store system profiles directly on their smartphones.
Additional features include an intuitive two-line OLED display, a seven-day timer, toolless wire terminals, and smart accessory integration through BlueBus® technology. This system supports both pulsed and 10 k resistive monitoring methods, enhancing flexibility in installations.
