Emirates has partnered with OpenAI in a strategic move to drive the integration and innovation of artificial intelligence across its airline operations.
This collaboration focuses on the comprehensive deployment of ChatGPT Enterprise, alongside tailored AI literacy initiatives, technical explorations, and strategic alignment at the executive level, aiming to embed advanced AI capabilities within the organisation.
Significant potential for AI integration
The Executive Vice President of IT at Emirates, Ali Serdar Yakut, commented on the collaboration, stating: “We see enormous potential for AI technology to support our business requirements, helping us tackle complex commercial challenges, strengthening our operations, and enhancing the customer experience.”
He added that working closely with OpenAI will ensure that their technology investments are both strategic and scalable, enabling Emirates to deliver enhanced value to both employees and customers.
