Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., along with its wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices Group (RAD-G), has announced a significant SARA™ contract involving more than 2,000 video channels.
This marks one of the largest agentic AI monitoring deployments in the industry. The contract commencement sees SARA Verified replacing a competing system, with the intention of eventually advancing into SARA Lite and SARA Agent as the client broadens its application of autonomous intelligence.
Modernising security operations
The SARA platform is designed for extensive remote video monitoring
The SARA (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent) platform is designed for extensive remote video monitoring. As an award-winning agentic AI solution, it evaluates live video streams, identifies noteworthy activities, and delivers immediate responses through voice interactions and targeted alerts.
Monitoring centres and security providers are increasingly adopting SARA due to its reliable performance at scale, avoiding the constraints associated with traditional human-based reviews. Each new deployment bolsters RAD-G's ambitions in spearheading the shift towards modern, autonomous intelligence-driven security operations.
SARA’s market penetration
Steve Reinharz, CEO, CTO, and founder of AITX and all RAD subsidiaries, noted, "SARA's acceptance and penetration since its introduction earlier this year has exceeded every expectation."
Reinharz reported that RAD-G is nearing the milestone of potentially securing $1 million in annual recurring revenue, with growth momentum noted. He added, "This contract is another clear signal that the market is shifting toward autonomous intelligence and that SARA is leading that shift."
RAD-G’s revenue growth
Revenue from RAD-G's SARA persists to escalate as more clients engage in vast multi-channel implementations
Revenue from RAD-G's SARA continues to escalate as more clients commit to extensive multi-channel implementations, exploring higher levels of autonomous response.
The company views this contract as further evidence of RAD-G's revenue progression, demonstrated by a previous contract with a projected cumulative value of $2.5 million over three years. These engagements enhance ongoing software volume and advocate for a lucrative, software-centric business model.
Transforming monitoring operations with SARA
SARA offers varied forms allowing clients to integrate autonomous intelligence tailored to their operational needs. While some start with SARA Verified to address false positives and minimise distractions, others proceed swiftly to SARA Lite or SARA Agent for complete autonomous actions.
Additional modules such as SARA Assist, SARA Edge, and SARA Alarm enable organisations to augment their existing systems seamlessly. This modularity allows RAD-G to scale performances across thousands of feeds, supporting an enduring transition to fully autonomous operations.
The company encourages Remote Video Monitoring, GSOC, and SOC operators interested in enhancing their monitoring capabilities to engage with RAD-G and explore how SARA could revolutionise their operations.
