He is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Internet Security Systems, Inc., which was acquired in 2007 by IBM. Tom Noonan was most recently CEO of JouleX, a TechOperators investment and a leading innovator in sustainable energy management systems for enterprise customers acquired by Cisco in late 2013.
