Randy Gross is the Chief Information Officer for CompTIA. As CIO for CompTIA, he is responsible for oversight of CompTIA's Technology and Customer Operations. He acts as Executive sponsor for vendor management of key certification partners and oversees customer experience for all certification candidates, alumni, association corporate members, and registered users, ensuring ANSI/ISO compliance for key areas of responsibility. He leads the business and technology strategy for CompTIA's major digital customer facing assets, including all CompTIA websites and e-commerce.
