Prior to this, Mark was the Vice-President, Global Sales, Managed Infrastructure Services & Private Cloud, and Vice-President, IT Delivery - Member of the Board of Directors at T-Systems Ltd in T-Systems International GmbH. Mark has worked in various roles such as Head of Computing Services & Solutions, Vice-President, Production (Acting), Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations, and Unix Systems Manager in T-Systems, UK. He also served as Server Operations Manager and Database Systems Team Leader in Uunet and as a system administrator in Pipex UK Limited. Mark completed his Bachelor’s from Coventry University in computer science and Master's in Business Administration from The Open University.
