Dr John Dunlop the founder and director of UK-based thermal imaging firm, Bytronic Automation. Specialising in the integration of data and vision technologies in the manufacturing sector, John is an expert in engineering and artificial intelligence. Founded in 1997, Bytronic designs, develops and installs machine vision systems that integrate with production equipment, factory networks, MES and enterprise-level management systems. The company has delivered harmonised systems for customers such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, Jaguar Land Rover, P&G and Unilever. Bytronic is the UK’s preferred partner integrator for FLIR thermal imaging cameras and has implemented them in a wide variety of manufacturing environments.
