As part of this commitment, ZKAccess has recently created three new "dealer-focused" positions. ZKAccess new positions The new Training & Course Development Manager, Delmar Dossantos, is developing and conducting Access Control training courses in ZKAccess distributors’ learning centres all across the country. The goal is to help ZKAccess dealers become self-sufficient regarding the installation of ZKAccess products, as well as enhance their overall access control knowledge to help grow their business and careers. ZKAccess' new Customer Satisfaction Representative JoAnna Montelbano ensures that all ZKAccess dealers’ technical support inquiries are addressed and resolved quickly. In addition to dispatching tech support inquiries to the Help Desk, the rep also follows up with dealers afterwards to ensure their technical issues were fully resolved. ZKAccess' new Sales Engineer, Joe Fryd, develops meaningful relationships with dealers by understanding their business goals and ensuring they are fully knowledgeable and capable of effectively leveraging the entire ZKAccess comprehensive product line which will ensure their success. "Joe literally 'owns' our dealer channel," says Larry Reed, CEO, ZKAccess. Esteban Pastor and Joe Fryd will strive to deliver highest level of technical support and service ZKAccess, a division of ZKTeco and provider of biometric and RFID security solutions, is pleased to welcome Esteban Pastor to its Tech Support team and Joe Fryd to its Sales Support team. Previous work experience Pastor has a diverse background in communication and technology. After working in broadcasting, he later joined a worldwide electronics company where he provided technical support for both employees and customers. He also speaks fluent Spanish which will greatly benefit ZKAccess' growing number of Latin American customers. Providing technical support and service Fryd's background is in both sales and technology. While working in sales at a national company, he pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. Shortly after he graduated, he also completed a web development immersive program becoming knowledgeable in programming languages.
