As Chief Operating Officer Gordon is responsible for Shield’s manpower operations across the UK and Europe, ensuring our customers receive first class customer service and that they benefit from our Total Security Solutions model. Gordon joined The Shield Group with 22 years’ security industry experience, having spent 16 years with Rentokil Initial, as UK Retail Director, and six years with a national Facilities Management provider as Group Operations Director for the UK & Ireland. Outside of work, Gordon is a keen golfer and general sports enthusiast.
