Alex Kim is currently the chairman and chief executive officer at SMC Networks. His earlier job stints include vice president at South Korean consumer electronics giant, Samsung, vice president of business development at 3Com, vice president of business development at Bluesocket, Inc. and chief operating officer at InvisibleHand Networks, to name a few. Alex holds an MBA degree in Business from Ivey Business School at Western University and MS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. He also holds a BS in electronics engineering degree from MIT.
