Ranger Fire and Security has secured a £150 million investment from Apera, a prominent European private debt asset manager, to facilitate its future growth and acquisition plans.
This funding is aimed at accelerating Ranger's expansion efforts, prioritising organic growth, and acquiring businesses that emphasise regulatory compliance and preventative maintenance within the fire and security sector. Ranger aims to integrate these businesses into a cohesive platform to enhance resource sharing, expertise, and cross-selling capabilities.
Cross-selling opportunities
Apera, renowned for supporting mid-market companies across Western Europe, has invested approximately €4 billion since its inception.
Their financial backing will assist Ranger in developing a comprehensive national fire and security platform. In the successful year of 2025, Ranger executed six acquisitions in the UK and Ireland, broadening its services across these regions.
