DigiCert has been appointed by Jisc, the UK's national digital agency for education and research, to provide enhanced security for the UK's connected learning ecosystem.
This partnership aims to safeguard sensitive data against growing cyber threats while laying the groundwork for secure collaboration and innovation within the UK education sector.
Streamlining procurement with DigiCert's solutions
Through Jisc's national procurement framework, member institutions can now utilise DigiCert's digital trust solutions without engaging in their own procurement processes.
This framework is in line with UK public procurement laws and includes a pre-assessed agreement concerning DigiCert's financial standing, technical capabilities, and relevant sector experience.
This simplified process allows Jisc members quick access to high-quality PKI, TLS, and certificate lifecycle management solutions, ultimately saving time, reducing expenses, and easing administrative tasks.
