In a significant enhancement to visitor security, 360 CHICAGO has partnered with Evolv Technology, integrating its AI-driven screening system to improve safety measures at the popular observation deck.
Located on the 94th floor of 875 N Michigan Avenue, previously known as the John Hancock Center, 360 CHICAGO offers attractions such as the TILT thrill ride and CloudBar, a cocktail lounge overlooking the city.
Security technology integration
The addition of the Evolv Express® system in August 2023 replaces the manual bag checks previously conducted, aligning with a series of upgrades made during recent renovations. This decision followed positive evaluations by venue officials who observed the system in action during a local sporting event. Now, before guests ascend via the elevator to the observation deck, they undergo efficient screening, significantly enhancing the overall experience.
