COPS Monitoring will provide services to over 3,500 alarm dealers who represent 800,000 subscribers

COPS Monitoring, a leading provider of wholesale alarm monitoring services headquartered in Williamstown, NJ acquires AlarmWATCH of Hunt Valley, MD. With the addition of AlarmWATCH, COPS Monitoring now provides services to more than 3,500 alarm dealers, who represent nearly 800,000 subscribers nationwide.

COPS Monitoring operates five central stations in New Jersey, Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, and Texas. McMullen advised that COPS currently plans to monitor the accounts from the Maryland central station with the existing AlarmWATCH employees, and that VP of Operations Gail Schreiner will stay on to manage the Hunt Valley, MD team.
