Access control specialist IDL celebrates 25 years in the surveillance industry

Integrated Design Limited (IDL) is extremely proud to have just celebrated its 25^th year providing award winning security solutions worldwide. Established in 1985, IDL has been designing and manufacturing solutions combining electronics and software. Since then the company has grown to be an influential force in the design of integrated systems and the manufacture of the market leading Fastlane Range, winning prestigious awards along the way, such as The Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2009.

To celebrate all that hard work IDL arranged for a weekend away for staff and their families to Bristol, to see the sights, such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge or just relax at the hotel and country club. An evening's entertainment was supplied with some of the staff even demonstrating their musical talents by performing live for the rest of the party.

IDL designs and manufactures the Fastlane Entrance Control range which has been developed to meet the changing requirements of the modern building environment. The range includes traditional turnstiles, optical turnstiles, barrier arm optical turnstiles, speed gates, pass gates and tailgate detection devices and is designed to provide the optimum balance of security, speed and aesthetics.
