OnSSI has released a new Tech Support Mobile App that enables users and partners to easily access critical information and documentation on OnSSI’s industry leading Ocularis VMS directly from their smart phones. The new app is being offered to facilitate set-up and troubleshooting issues whether on-site or remotely from the field without the need to access a PC. OnSSI’s Tech Support Mobile App is currently available for free from the Apple app store.

“Our ‘always on call’ commitment is a critical aspect of our customer support department at OnSSI and one of the reasons for our continued success and excellent customer satisfaction,” said Ari Robinson, Director of Technical Support, OnSSI. “Our new Tech Support Mobile App effectively extends our technical support resources beyond our headquarters, and puts valuable help in front of users and integrators wherever, and whenever they need it most.”

The new Tech Support Mobile App features access to Ocularis user manuals, spec sheets, installation guides, tutorial videos, release notes and other related documentation, which is automatically selected based on parameters defined in the user’s “My Version” setting. Additionally, the app includes online up-to-date supported Cameras Lookup with multiple filters, a registration and Licensing Look-up Tool, a video centre with Ocularis tutorials, demonstrations, and a one-push link to contact OnSSI support over the phone.
