Security Industry Association, the leading trade group for businesses in the electronic and physical security market 
Alain Taylor brings extensive association experience to the Security Industry Assosiation
The Security Industry Association is pleased to announce that Alain Taylor has joined the organisation as its sales manager. Alain will be responsible for selling the security industry resources offered by SIA as well as sponsorships at SIA events.

Prior to joining SIA, Alain worked as the director of corporate relations for the Direct Marketing Association, where he spearheaded fundraising, membership and business development activities for the Washington, D.C., office of the trade group. Before this, he was director of membership and grassroots affairs with the American Financial Services Association, where he was responsible for the recruitment and retention of mortgage companies, industrial banks and diversified financial services firms and for developing and implementing the association's grassroots program. He has also worked as the director of corporate relations for the American Council of Life Insurers.

Alain holds a bachelor's degree in political science and psychology from the University of Rochester and has done graduate work in the MBA program at George Washington University.

"We are very happy to welcome Alain to SIA," Ray Wisniewski, the association's director of marketing, said. "He has the talent and experience we have been looking for in a sales manager, and we know he'll make many valuable contributions to the team."
