Working with Mayflex for several years, Mayflex supplies their fibre transmission range which provides a key solution for end-to-end connectivity of both analogue and digital security systems over fibre. Mark Staples, Sales Manager at UTCFS, explained: "The awards night was an opportunity for UTC Fire & Security's Fibre and Transmission group to bring together customers and partners and thank them for their business. As part of this we wanted to acknowledge significant achievement from the previous year and presenting Mayflex with the Outstanding Sales Performance for 2009 award was an obvious choice."
The awards ceremony was part of UTCFS's annual Business Partner event. This year it was held in Belgium at the Atomium, a well known tourist attraction in Brussels because of its unique, futuristic shape. Mayflex's award was accepted by Peter Male, their Internal Security team leader.
