New products showcased at the Aasset Security stand at this year's Security Essen exhibition

At Security Essen 2008, Aasset Security gave a live demonstration of the very latest D1 capable SHR-8162 from Samsung Electronics in action, with the latest Samsung Electronics Net-i viewer software.

Features of SHR-8162 digital video recorder include:

• 16-channel video D1 400 fps recording capability
• Built-in DVD-RW for backup
• High picture quality: MPEG4, D1(704x576)
• Control possible by mouse (USB) or keyboards (RS485)
• HDMI output possible resolution 1080P
• Remote monitoring and control through network (LAN)
• Various recording features (normal, schedule, motion, alarm)
• USB2.0 Interface: USB Memory/ USB external HDD/ CD-RW, external DVD-RW backup
• Compatible to French law for quality in CCTV applications

On the stand this year was the Samsung Electronics SNC-300MP (3-megapixel IP camera), the latest SNC-2315P day/night IP camera and the SNC-B9353P anti-vandal day/night IP anti-vandal mini dome - all of which can be viewed using the Net-I viewer software and at any Aasset Security distributor throughout Germany, France and the UK.

AASSET will also be showcasing these products at  EXPOPROTECTION in Paris, from 4-7 November 2008.
