The Cardholder Change Tracking API enables a third party application to retrieve properties from the Gallagher Command Centre database. The query polls the Command Centre database and, if a change has occurred to a cardholder's properties since the previous poll, the query will retrieve the cardholder's current properties. This API is used when Command Centre is the source of truth. Your HR or IT system will be updated to reflect the changes made in Command Centre. Updates include changes to a cardholder's personal details, card assignments or access group assignments.
