Security Essen 2012, a world-leading trade fair for Security and Fire Prevention Technology, was held from Sept 25 to 28 at the Messe Essen, Germany. The security gala is renowned as the most eminent platform in the world for presenting innovative security technologies and the latest security concepts. Dahua Technology, one of the world Top 10 security manufacturers, covered a display area of 90 square meters and demonstrated its full range of products. This included full-HD solutions, both IP and HD-SDI CCTV, along with analogue solutions and intelligent video servers, network keyboard, software and industrial application for various vertical markets.

Various IP and analogue cameras, with outstanding image quality, were exhibited. In the analogue camera lineup, the enhanced colour processing technology incorporated with reduced cost solution makes the 600TVL HDIS chipset-equipped cameras the hottest among all. As for IP cameras, the motorized lens cameras IPC-HDB3202 & IPC-HDBW3202 and the classic series DH-IPC21XX attracted the most interest. The intelligent auto-tracking IP dome DH-SD6582-HNI also attracted a lot of attention with on-site live demonstration.

As for the storage lineup, in addition to the traditional DVRs, the eye-catching vertical PoE NVR also generated a lot of enquires, visitors gathered and spoke highly of its smart looking design and convenient operation, and they were quite optimistic about its market. The NVR and IPC kit sell mode (one NVR and four IPCs in one package) also gained a lot of recognition. The mobile DVR DH-DVR0404/0604MF-H attracted lots of visitors, and the 8 channel HD-SDI DVR continued the robust performance as its paralleled model 4 channel HD-SDI DVR.

Many visitors paid a special visit to see the brand-new comprehensive video platform DH-M60; the astonishing device integrates multiple functions (such as3/4 audio/video encoding, video-wall display, matrix switch, central management, network real-time preview and intelligent video analysis etc.) Moreover, it is capable of processing mixed input sources, SD, HD, analog, IP, HD-SDI etc.

The president of Dahua Technology, Mr. Fu Liquan also attended Security Essen 2012 and had effective meetings with potential customers; valuable opinions and thoughts were exchanged. Mr. Fu further expressed his full confidence in the European market.

The four-day exhibition served as an effective platform in exchanging opinions, absorbing the latest concepts, and also a great opportunity for Dahua to understand the needs of our customers.
