The ComWorx CWFE8TX8MS Managed Ethernet Switch provides transmission of 100 BASE-TX Ethernet data. These units are available for use with conventional CAT-5e copper transmission media. Up to 8 electrical ports are available for easily implementing point-to-point, linear add-drop, drop-and-repeat, star or true selfhealing ring and mesh network system architectures. The electrical ports support the 10/100 Mbps (100 BASE-TX) Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocol, and auto-negotiating and auto-MDI/MDIX features are provided for simplicity and ease of installation.
