NEXCOM Group is set to make a significant appearance at COMPUTEX by partnering with Intel to present their advancements at the "Robotics & Edge AI Pavilion." The event, taking place at TWTC Hall 1, Booth #A0618, will centre around the theme "Physical AI and Manufacturing On-Site."

The company will exhibit how the integration of visual perception with real-time motion control fosters Physical AI. This approach supports the transformation from data collection to intelligent decision-making, forming a complete edge AI structure for the next era of smart manufacturing.

Complex industrial applications

Highlighting their capabilities, NEXCOM Robotic Solutions, known as NexCOBOT, have collaborated with Inventec to develop a dual-arm AI solution applicable to complex industrial tasks.

Utilising the NEX619 edge computing platform, this system performs precision assembly by incorporating AI vision for trajectory planning and human gesture recognition, along with the GRC2 M300-I controller ensuring real-time motion control. This technological advancement aims to significantly boost production efficiency.

AI-driven production solutions

This approach allows decision-makers to evaluate key performance indicators

For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), NEXCOM introduces the "AI Production Master," a tailored solution for production management. It offers real-time monitoring of various indicators like efficiency and output, utilising NISE110 gateways for CNC data acquisition.

The system combines NexDATA on the AIGE1000 for data standardisation and leverages AI-X powered by Intel® Arc™ Pro B60 for local Generative AI analysis and GPT services, prioritising data privacy. This approach allows decision-makers to evaluate key performance indicators using natural language queries.

Humanoid robot innovations

In collaboration with Graphen, NEXCOM presents a humanoid robot solution at the pavilion using the MARS400 T10 and RCB400 T20 controllers, built on NVIDIA® platforms. This demonstration includes the robot performing actions such as waving and picking up objects, exemplifying how Functional Safety technology contributes to reliable human-robot interactions.

Attendees at the Robotics & Edge AI Pavilion are encouraged to engage with NEXCOM's experts as they illustrate the use of Intel technology for implementing edge computing in robotic applications and manufacturing management.

Expert discussions

Scheduled sessions include "From Concept to Production Line: Practical Implementation of Edge AI for SME Manufacturing" featuring Tim Juan, Vice President of NEXCOM Industry AIoT, on June 3, 2026, from 14:00 to 14:20. Another session, "Physical AI Controllers: The Brain Behind Autonomous Machines" by Joey Lin, Assistant Vice President of NEXCOM Robotic Solutions, will occur on June 4, 2026, from 13:00 to 13:20.

Visitors are invited to the NEXCOM demonstrations at Booth #A0618 and have the chance to complete a survey to receive a custom NEXCOM Tote Bag, available while supplies last.

NEXCOM Group (8234) is making a powerful return to COMPUTEX! Partnering deeply with Intel, NEXCOM will showcase innovations at the "Robotics & Edge AI Pavilion" in TWTC Hall 1 (Booth #A0618).

Under the theme “Physical AI and Manufacturing On-Site," they will demonstrate how Physical AI is achieved by the integration of visual perception and high-precision real-time motion control. From data acquisition to intelligent decision-making, NEXCOM provides a comprehensive bottom-up edge AI architecture for the next generation of smart manufacturing.

Complex industrial scenarios

Dual-arm AI Perception & Collaboration for High-Precision Assembly - Developed in collaboration between NEXCOM Robotic Solutions (NexCOBOT) and Inventec, this dual-arm solution showcases the application of Physical AI in complex industrial scenarios. Utilising the NEX619 edge computing platform for AI vision-based trajectory planning and human detection/gesture recognition, plus the GRC2 M300-I controller for real-time motion control, the system performs high-difficulty precision assembly to enhance production efficiency.

AI Production Master | GenAI On-Premises Edge GPT Service - Designed specifically for SME production management, the "AI Production Master" provides real-time monitoring of efficiency, output, and OEE. The architecture uses NISE110 gateways for CNC data acquisition, NexDATA run on AIGE1000 as a hub for data standardisation, and the AI-X (powered by Intel® Arc™ Pro B60) to run local Generative AI for deep analysis and GPT services. This ensures maximum privacy for sensitive production data. Factory decision-makers can use natural language to instantly grasp key KPIs like machine efficiency and completion estimates.

Robot performing actions

Functional Safety Humanoid Robot Solution - NEXCOM Robotic Solutions and Graphen jointly present a humanoid robot solution powered by the MARS400 T10 and RCB400 T20 controllers (NVIDIA® Jetson™/IGX™ platforms) at booth A1216. The live demo will feature the robot performing actions such as waving, standing up, and picking up objects, highlighting how Functional Safety technology ensures reliability in human-robot co-working environments.

Join the experts at the Robotics & Edge AI Pavilion stage to discover how NEXCOM leverages Intel technology to implement edge computing in robotics and production management.
