VIVOTEK stood out with its consistent performance-based salary adjustments

The “Happy Enterprise Evaluation” spans three categories: financial services, general services, and industry. Evaluations are based on employee engagement, benefits, work–life balance, innovation, and overall motivation to assess each company’s happiness index.

VIVOTEK stood out with its consistent performance-based salary adjustments and dedication to open communication. In 2024, the company hosted 15 dialogue sessions led by the President, providing a direct and transparent platform for engagement between leadership and employees.

Digital employee assistance program

This year also marked the launch of a new digital employee assistance program, giving employees unlimited access to professional consultants to address both personal and workplace challenges. These initiatives received high praise from the judging panel.

In VIVOTEK’s 2024 internal engagement survey, nearly 90% of employees reported that they identified with the company’s culture and felt that their work meaningfully aligned with corporate goals, underscoring a strong sense of shared values across the organisation.

Brand in action: Empowering employees

To strengthen employees’ sense of identity and belonging, VIVOTEK regularly organises a variety of activities. In 2024, these included the green market, the "Global Step Challenge" encourages colleagues worldwide to replace public transportation or driving with walking, while the "Global Search Challenge" invites participants to hunt for VIVOTEK products spotted across the globe, and visits to sustainability-driven companies.

Over half of VIVOTEK’s global workforce took part in these efforts. In Taiwan, VIVOTEK launched its “Safety Map” event in Hualien’s Dachen New Village, mobilising employees to actively inspect the area’s safety conditions.

By leveraging AI technology, they contributed practical solutions aimed at improving site safety, ultimately creating a safer living and tourism environment for over 3,000 residents and visitors. VIVOTEK also offers paid volunteer leave to encourage employee participation in community service, amplifying the company’s social impact.
