Cellebrite DI Ltd, a pioneer in Digital Investigative and Intelligence solutions for both public and private sectors, has appointed Holly Windham as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
With a strong background in legal leadership across technology firms, Ms. Windham has significant expertise in software, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy, and public sector contracting. Her experience will be pivotal for Cellebrite as the company continues its global expansion and addresses compliance and legal challenges.

This includes ensuring the responsible use of Cellebrite's technology worldwide. She takes over from Ayala Berler Shapira, who has made significant contributions to the company over the past three years.

Windham's extensive legal background
Ms. Windham's previous role was at Self Financial, Inc., a fintech company assisting over 1.7 million consumers in building credit, where she served as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary. Before this, she held pivotal roles at Rackspace Technology, a major multi-cloud solutions provider with a market value exceeding $3 billion.
At Rackspace, she was the EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer, and Corporate Secretary, steering a team of 180 across legal and HR departments. Her duties included directing the company's IPO and managing mergers and acquisitions surpassing $1 billion, while also establishing robust privacy and regulatory frameworks.
