Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), have confirmed a significant order from a new construction client for several RIO™ Mini units equipped with SARA™ licences.
These units are set to be deployed on a major project site aiming to address previous issues of material theft, which exceeded forty thousand dollars, alongside ongoing challenges of trespassing and loitering.
The construction industry is increasingly adopting RAD's autonomous security solutions to mitigate losses and safeguard equipment. The RIO series, known for its portable, solar-powered security trailers, offers job sites efficient deployment and mobility, providing reliable real-time awareness in changing environments.

SARA's capability to analyse live video enables it to identify potential risks and triggers automated responses without human input. This technology combination offers a proactive and economical security solution, reinforcing asset and personnel protection.
Enhanced security awareness and response
Mark Folmer, CPP, PSP, President of RAD, emphasised the unique advantages of their solutions, stating, “Our construction clients are dealing with real losses and rising pressure to keep projects secure."
"RIO Mini with SARA gives them a level of awareness and response that traditional guards or passive cameras cannot match. It delivers immediate value on day one and helps prevent the kind of costly theft that continues to hit job sites across the country.”
