Founder and Director Special Projects, EEMARoger Dean’s career in IT security spans more than 30 years. During his career, he has been credited with technology innovations that continue to impact organisations and individuals around the world today. In 1987, Roger became a founder of EEMA that today boasts more than 160 member organisations. He was Executive Director for over 27 years until 2014 and was awarded its prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012 in recognition of his service and contribution to the organisation and the IT security industry. Roger is a fellow of BCS, however, his contribution to IT security extends across Europe and beyond, participating in and chairing several UN and European Commission workshops.
