Kaustubh Deshpande

Kaustubh Deshpande is senior director, readers PACS at HID, a role he assumed in December 2024. Prior to joining HID, he served as vice president of product management at IDEMIA. Earlier in his career, Deshpande held engineering roles at Identix and Securelinx Inc. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on corporate finance, leadership, and change management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also earned a Master of Science in electrical engineering, specializing in biometrics and image processing, from West Virginia University. Deshpande received a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering technology from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
