Megabuild Indonesia 2017 is offering a new perspective to answer today’s challenges and opportunities Reed Panorama Exhibitions (RPE) will be hosting hundreds of business players from building materials, architecture, interior design and ceramic industry during its annual exhibitions Megabuild Indonesia 2017, to be held in Jakarta Convention Centre (JCC) from March 16-19, 2017. Indonesia is currently undergoing transformations where all the developments are changing from rural to urban economy. According to World Bank, Indonesia is one of the fastest growing countries in Asian region with average growth of 4.1 per cent annually. By 2025, it is predicted about 68 percent of Indonesians will be living in urban areas. Unfortunately, factors that affected this transformation, such as urbanisation and high Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is not aligned with the provision of proper infrastructures, including development in housing sector.
