Securitas UK has confirmed the appointment of Daniel Slade as the Regional Operational Lead for the City Security Council London Group (CSC) starting 1 January 2026. In this role, Slade will play a pivotal part in progressing the CSC's goals, which include intelligence sharing, crisis response coordination, and partnership with the City of London Police.
Alongside his new responsibilities with the CSC, Daniel Slade will maintain his position as Area Director for London at Securitas UK, a role he has held for the last 16 years. His tenure has been marked by his leadership in driving cultural change, pursuing innovation, and achieving commercial growth across various client sites.

His career, which spans more than 22 years in security operations and strategic partnerships, highlights his dedication to fostering trust, collaboration, and a focus on customer needs.
Additionally, he has acted as an executive sponsor for significant global, European, and UK accounts, promoting aligned objectives and mutual success for clients and partners.
The primary aim of the CSC is to cultivate partnerships between security firms operating within the city and the City of London Police, ensuring a collaborative response during crises, significant events, and major incidents affecting the City of London.
