Integrated Control Technology (ICT) has announced the appointment of Robert Romps as Western Regional Sales Director for the United States. Romps, who possesses over 25 years of experience within the security industry, is recognised for his comprehensive technical expertise, leadership in channel management, and a strong focus on customer execution.
Extensive security experience
Romps' career has spanned the diverse landscape of security applications, ranging from residential systems and small-scale projects to managing complex enterprise security infrastructures on a national scale. This broad experience positions him to address a wide variety of security needs.

Previous roles and regional influence
Before joining ICT, Romps dedicated seven years to Kastle Systems as Regional Sales Manager, where he oversaw customer support across the central United States. His previous experience also includes a position as Executive Vice President at Advanosys Security and Automation Technologies.
Based out of ICT's Denver office, Romps is tasked with spearheading regional growth efforts, enhancing ICT's partner ecosystem, and contributing to the ongoing success of both existing and new partners across essential vertical markets.
