MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems is set to present its latest innovations in audio transport and monitoring at InfoComm 2026. The event will mark the AV industry introduction of MultiDyne's VersaFrame VF-9100 fiber transport platform, alongside the InfoComm debut of its Crescendo audio monitoring system. Originally launched to the broadcast sector at NAB Show 2026, the VF-9100 now reaches the professional AV community with new capabilities that extend its functionality beyond conventional video signal transport.
The VF-9100's enhancements include a hardware controller featuring RESTful API support, which facilitates advanced third-party system integrations. Its updated chassis is designed for improved field servicing, and it offers new rack-mount options tailored for flypack deployments, along with more robust internal power supplies.
Signal transport platform
The VF-9100's upgraded power supplies enable new transport modules that support audio, serial data, GPIO, and genlock/timecode, evolving its function into a comprehensive signal transport solution. Capable of transporting up to two AES audio pairs or four channels of analogue audio over fibre per VFC card, the platform supports CWDM multiplexing for sending audio alongside video and data over a single fibre infrastructure. With integrated 1GbE and 10GbE connectivity, it also supports IP audio workflows, including Dante and AES67 transport formats.
